Oneplus Nord CE4


The upcoming smartphone will also be the first in the Nord range to support 100W SuperVOOC charging, which is claimed to take the phone from 0-100% in just 29 minutes. The design of the Nord CE 4 5G is inspired by the OnePlus 11R Marble Odyssey Edition and the smartphone will be available in 2 colourways: Dark Chrome and Celadon Marble.

OnePlus has revealed some key specifications. The Nord CE 4 5G is confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM (support for 8GB virtual RAM) and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Additionally, the CE 4 5G will come with up to 1TB of expandable storage via the microSD card slot.

The company has been teasing more features of the phone in the past few days. The Nord CE4 will pack 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, which can be increased by up to a further 8GB via virtual RAM. It also supports RAM-Vita that helps the smartphone deliver a seamless experience while launching or switching between multiple apps, and retaining more than 15 different apps in the memory at once, said the company.

Design and Display
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is set to arrive in two stunning color variants, Dark Chrome and Celadon Marble. It is expected to feature a vibrant Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring a smooth and immersive user experience.

Performance and Storage
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the Nord CE 4 will offer exceptional performance and efficiency. Paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, users can expect seamless multitasking and ample storage for their files and apps. Additionally, the smartphone will support expandable storage via a microSD card slot and is rumored to feature a virtual RAM feature.

Camera and Battery
In the camera department, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is speculated to sport a dual rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera with OIS support and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone is expected to feature a 16MP front camera. The device is also rumored to house a large 5500mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting usage. OnePlus has teased that the Nord CE 4 will be the company’s first budget phone to support 100W SuperVOOC fast charging, promising a day’s power in just 15 minutes of charge.

Software and Additional Feature
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is expected to run on Oxygen OS 15 based on Android 14, offering a clean and user-friendly interface. The device is also rumored to feature Aqua Touch support, enhancing the overall user experience.
